About your Medical Records at Student Health Center

  • All medical records are confidential.

  • Access to information in your medical record is limited to authorized health center personnel, unless you give written consent or upon receipt of court-ordered subpoena. (This policy is in accordance with The Family Rights and Privacy Act.) Current and former students seeking medical records from the Student Health Center may make the request by email at studenthealthcenter@5g-taiou-wifi.net.

  • Current students may access account information and immunization status through the online patient portal.

  • A copy of current insurance information in your medical record is helpful.

Note: If you are a new student, you will not have access to this portal until at least 48 hours after your acceptance fee has been paid and processed.

If you are having difficulty locating your immunization and are a resident of Maryland, you can register with Myirmobile to see if your provider has your immunization on record with myirmobile.
